Before traveling to Germany, we offer an initial video consultation to discuss your condition, review your medical history, and determine whether treatment at our hospital is appropriate. This allows you to speak directly with our medical team from the comfort of your home.

Our physicians review your case and provide an initial assessment. If treatment at our hospital is appropriate, we will outline a proposed protocol and estimated timeline.

Once you decide to proceed, we help coordinate your arrival, including treatment scheduling, estimated costs, and duration of stay.

Our medical team and administrative staff communicate in English and German. Interpreter services can be arranged for other languages upon request.

Costs & Payment

Treatment costs are provided as a detailed estimate before your arrival. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. We can provide documentation for insurance reimbursement. A detailed cost estimate is provided after your initial consultation, before any travel commitment. We assist with insurance documentation and reimbursement claims where applicable.

Accommodation

Bad Aibling offers a range of hotels and guesthouses near the hospital. We can recommend options to suit different budgets and provide booking assistance.

Travel & Transfers

Munich International Airport is approximately 60 minutes from Bad Aibling. We can arrange airport transfers and provide detailed travel directions.

Visa Support

If you require a medical visa to enter Germany, we provide official invitation letters and treatment confirmation documents to support your visa application.

Companion Support

Family members and companions are welcome. We can help arrange nearby accommodation and provide information about the local area for accompanying visitors.
